For a large automotive company we evaluated possible scenarios for Augmented Reality in a mobility context. We proceeded iteratively: In several design sprints, we built and improved prototypes based on Unity and the Microsoft HoloLens to make our ideas tangible. We quickly realized that AR elements were best conceived where they would later be spatially located. So we moved our workplace more and more from the office computer directly to and around the test vehicle.
