This multimedia project was an ironic commentary on both the crowdfunding hype and the ongoing financial crisis. The plan was to use indiegogo to raise enough money to shoot it into the audience with pneumatic cannons. Despite detailed planning, articles in various blogs and interviews in e.g. the Sueddeutsche Zeitung, the whole thing was not really taken seriously and the desired amount was far from achieved. Probably the irony in video and texts led to the idea of the whole thing as a joke and marketing gag.
Two further findings are that Thursday is a very bad day to start a crowdfunding campaign and that with some persuasion it is possible to produce a professional video with a budget of 800 €.
